A Hero's Work is Never Done

-Crispy: "Well well well, look who's been put in charge of cubsitting the little furball-erhm, I mean, uh...sweet little Serenity Heart Kitten!

Now, there's an idea. Let's let the not so big, big brother look after a rambunctious kitty cat, who can barely talk let alone comprehend the laws of gravity and inertia.

Little tip for ya' here, kiddo; baby kitten + 700 foot skydiving-from-Care-a-Lot-without-a-parachute session = road pizza."

-Hero Heart: "Pizza?! Oh man, oh man, mom's gonna' kill me for sure if I let my little sis get into any junk food!"

-Crispy: "That's uh...not exactly what I was refering too, Jr...oh, and it looks that little sis of yours is about to receive an early flying lesson."

-Hero Heart: *Perplexed* "Hm? Whaddya' mean by tha- *Briefly glancing over his shoulder towards the young cub, then doing a double take as he realizes how dangerously close to the edge of the clouds she's wandered* Holy Ravioli! Sis, watch where your--!

-Serenity Heart: "Hee hee, budderfy!"

*But just before her brother gets the chance to make a grab for her, the graceful butterfly suddenly decides to make a sharp turn in the shape of a U, around the older sibling and back towards the safety of the rainbow path. The playful baby happily follows, giggling joyfully. Hero Heart, unfortunately, was not so lucky. Running more swiftly than Swift Heart and being unable to stop himself in time, he barrels head over paws off of the clouds edge*

-Hero Heart: "YEEEEEooooow!"

-Crispy: *Calling down over the clouds after him* "That's "MEow" not "YEow"! Sheesh, what're they teaching these little tuna munchers in Cat School nowadays...?

-Shine Bright Bear: *Running up behind Crispy with a dinner napkin round her neck and silverware in hand* "Am I too late for the road pizza?"

-Crispy: "Huh? Oh! Oh no, not at all! In fact, it should be ready in about five, four, three, two, one..."

*Both cat and bear lean over the clouds, listening intently for the distant, distinctive sound of a Care Cub hitting the city sidewalk far below, only to be greeted by the face of a rather embarrased Hero Heart, as he floats up to eye level with the two and explains, with a sheepish grin*

-Hero Heart: "Uhh, heh heh...I, uhm..forgot I could fly."

-Crispy: "That makes two of us..." *sigh* "Well, Shine Bright old pal, looks like we'll have to skip dinner tonight..." *perking up suddenly* "Unless you wanna' go munch on that butterfly over there!"

-Shine Bright Bear: "FOR SURE! After that bug!"
