Another Job Well Done

I've been waiting for that episode for years. Not so much because I was emotionally invested in the CMC, I never found them particularly interesting, but now I never have to sit down to a new episode excitedly hoping to see a battle or more world building only to have my hopes dashed by the endlessly recycled shenanigans of the Can't-Get-Their-Goddamn-Cutie-Marks Crusaders. I'm glad that's over.

I was actually taken aback by the ending to Crusaders of The Lost Mark, I wasn't even expecting them to get their cutie marks, let alone the same one. So, if their special talent is helping other ponies discover their special talents, doesn't that make the CMC talentless? Or is it possible to have more than one special talent, like how Rarity's is finding gems even though she makes a living as a clothing designer? I'm confused.

And will they all go work at separate jobs and help ponies on a local level, or will they found some far-reaching Cutie Mark Council that can dispatch experts anywhere in Equestria to help somepony acquire a cutie mark/interpret the meaning of an existing mark? If it's the latter, would this organization only accept ponies with CMC cutie marks into the ranks, or could anyone join? I'm very confused...
